My thoughts and prayers go out to Family of Ken. Knew him at Whitley Abby and fondly remember him especially cycle speedway .

There are too many memories of Ken to recall since our first meeting with this tall slim impeccably dressed student public health inspector in September 1963. Ken loved people & one of his frustrations over the last few weeks was his inability to walk around the village meet & talk with those he regularly encountered. The last thing I said to Ken was how much I respected his bravery & courage not just in the last few weeks but since the passing of his beloved Margaret.It takes a lot to be able to continue with your life while you are grieving but Ken managed to.He took holidays , not always close to speedway , he maintained his social life & looked after his house as Margaret would have expected. We miss his quiet loyal constancy. R. I. P.old friend reunited with Marg.
